In today's episode, we have Laurie McGraw. She has served on the Executive leadership team with All Scripts and American Medical Association and now serving on the board for many NASDAQ companies and producing her own podcast - Inspiring Women by Laurie McGraw.

We hear Laurie share her journey in the field of Healthcare and medicine. She is passionate about making a change and is optimistic that Healthcare will undergo many significant transformations at the intersection of technology, innovation, and exemplary leadership. We also learn that women in medicine need to take a bold and proactive stand and that Healthcare needs more of them as we further dive into the stats of women in medicine and how our ecosystems need to create a model to prevent burnout and encourage balance.
