US Healthcare ranks last among the top 11 high-income countries, we spend a lot more, and our outcomes display poor healthcare quality. High infant mortality rates and lower life expectancy are a few pressing concerns. I will be discussing how American Healthcare looks from a global perspective with Bernard Toney. Jr, Former White House Medical Officer, has served in the US Army and is now working for the National Institute of Health (NIH) as an Advanced Practice Provider and an Adjunct Professor of Global Health and Evidence-Based Medicine at the University of Lynchburg.
